Help in welcoming low-income taxpayers who are receiving free and accessible tax preparation at one of our free tax clinics between February 2024 and April 2024 as a part of our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA).

Volunteers complete the free basic training through the Cuyahoga EITC Coalition and are provided with orientation to Benjamin Rose and your specific role. Our Greeter Volunteers help to review taxpayer documents to ensure they have brought the correct documentation with them, outline the process for clients and make copies of needed documents for tax preparers.

We have multiple locations with weekday and weekend availability.

If you are interested in learning more about this, or any other volunteer opportunity, please contact us at 216-373-1932 or visit our website at www.benrose.org/volunteer.
