Once per year, Durham County seeks to capture the number of individuals experiencing homelessness in the area. This year, Housing for New Hope has been named the lead agency for this effort. Each team will have a team leader who is a part of HNH staff to direct the team during this evening.
Sign up today for one of our ten teams and we will email you with training date opportunities and details related to the night of the event, January 25, 2023. This data is critical for us to assess our program reach for the year and communicate Durham's need to grant organizations.

Housing for New Hope provides is working to prevent and end homelessness one valuable person at a time by providing a unique continuum of care for the most needy of Durham's citizens through outreach and crisis assistance, transitional housing, and permanent housing.
