Volunteers please join our amazing care team bringing comfort and peace to hospice patients facing life limiting illnesses.

Charter Healthcare volunteers work with patients and their family caregivers offering companionship, conversation and support.

As a Legacy and Legends volunteer you will help hospice patients create lasting memory items for their loved ones. Scrapbooks, recorded stories, memory books, personal messages, handprints and other things you and the patient can do together to leave a legacy.

Training is provided and we are flexible in working with your schedule. You will visit patients in their homes and care facilities providing friendship, listening, and talking about the patient's life experiences.

Come be a member of our care team and enhance patient's and caregiver's quality of life. All it takes is a smile to make someone's day!
