Screeners, Greeters and Runners are needed to help clients coming in for the FREE TAX PREPARATION clinic at the Pio Decimo Center.
Starting on January 30th to April 15th, our tax clinic will be open every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
Volunteers are needed to ensure that the taxpayer has brought in all necessary information (e.g. W-2's, 1099's, Social Security Cards and IDs) to complete their return. Also, volunteers are needed to monitor site traffic to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for all taxpayers to receive assistance when being checked in, and escort clients to Tax Preparers for tax assistance.
Volunteers also needed for interpretation for non-English speaking clients seeking assistance, if available.
