We at T.Y.I.A pride ourselves in creating new opportunities for youths & young adults to prepare them to become successful members of society. However, we're often faced with the necessary funding to create and develop such opportunities. To better assist our clients, we're in search of grant writers who can assist staff & board members with identifying appropriate grants that match our mission, and project(s) at hand. We require that you have some successful grant writing experience, and ability to meet in-person & virtually.

Mission Statement

At Transforming Youths Into Adults, our mission is to change the landscape of homelessness for youth in foster care with connections to community support, life skills, education, and access to wraparound permanent housing services.

Description

Independent Living Services
We provide housing for foster youth accompanied with various trainings to assist with their transition into society as adults.

PRP Services
Psychiatric Rehabilitation is a set of holistic services we offer to assist and support individuals who suffer from debilitating mental health conditions. PRP services are an extension to therapy services and reinforce the psycho-therapeutic aspects of an individual’s mental health treatment by addressing what happens internally, mentally, and emotionally.
