Recruiting Organization: New Pathways for Youth

Is it important to you to connect with your community? To make a 1:1 impact on the life of a young person? To embark on your own transformative personal journey?

If so, one-one mentoring with New Pathways for Youth might be for you. Our program reaches beyond the social and recreational aspects of mentoring. The youth we serve experience poverty and four times the adversity of their peers. Together, NPFY mentors and staff guide our youth as they discover renewed outlooks on life and realize unwritten possibilities for their futures. We help youth to reach incredible outcomes that break the cycle of poverty through a holistic development program and 1:1 mentoring within community groups.

Our goal is to help 1,000 local teens to break the cycle of poverty and adversity, and we can't do it without volunteer mentors. If you are a caring and committed adult and you have the flexibility and time to dedicate to a youth for the next two years, you're invited to attend one of our weekly Mentor Introduction sessions on Zoom to learn more about NPFY, our kids and everything you need to know about mentoring with our program.
