Weekdays and Saturday Volunteer Opportunities at Global Refuge Thrift Store

Serve as little as 1 hour or more if your schedule permits.
Opportunities to serve are between these hours:

  1. 10 AM -4 PM on MONDAYS
  2. 10 AM-11:30 AM on WEDNESDAYS
  3. 12 PM -4 PM on THURSDAYS
  4. 10 AM - 2:15 PM on SATURDAYS

We are recruiting volunteers to help organize, sort, fold and hang clothing and replenish clothing racks in the store and assist customers on Saturdays.

Come and serve with us as we provide gently used clothing to our local community and to foreign Missions in Sierra Leone, Africa. Please reach out to us if you have questions.

One of our budding Ministries is Global Refuge Thrift Store. We are in the beginning stages of forming a Community Thrift Store to bring low-cost, quality clothing to our local community and our Friends in Sierra Leone, West Africa, and to meet their spiritual needs and share the love of Jesus as we serve.

  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • We would love friendly volunteers to help out on a regular basis. A few hours a week will go a long way to help us grow! Regular volunteers will enable us to potentially open more weekdays for our community.
  • close-toed shoes, dress in cool clothing, and orientation is required. Court community service hours have different requirements. Please communicate upfront this need.
