WHAT:
Our 501C3 non-profit organization is 61% volunteer-run thanks to our vibrant community of our volunteers AKA "Karma Yogis".
Karma yoga is a practice that yogis and Buddhists alike take on as part of their spiritual development. It’s a meditation in action. This is where you try on a different perspective, to see everyone as a reflection of some part of your mind and serve them all with love and respect. Anyone can practice Karma Yoga!
YOUR ROLE:
Cultivate and oversee the VIP Experience
Skills: Creative Thinking, Relationship Building, Entrepreneurial, Design, Sales of Events
- Develop and nurture VIP relationships (leaders in the wellness and meditation community)
- Create and plan the VIP experience (ticketing, experience, gifts)
- Work with the venue team to integrate it into the floor plan
- Sell VIP Experience
- Work with Ticket Sales / Marketing team to sell VIP Tickets
- Track RSVP’s of VIPs
- Invite VIPs to Event
- Work with Press team to invite VIPs to the event
- Work with Fashion team to get VIP people sponsored outfits
- Track RSVP’s of VIPs
- Night of VIP Experience
- Be the person managing the VIP experience (You are in the VIP area of the gala)
- Get to know the VIP list as you will be connecting with them at the gala
- Ensure all VIPs have their tickets for the gala
- Connect with VIPs, make sure their experience is on par with what we advertised, and introduce VIPs to Three Jewels Leaders (Hector, Rachel, Santy).
- Ensure VIPs get their gift bags
- Ensure VIPs have the photos from red carpet delivered to them via email
- Keep VIPs engaged and connected with upcoming Three Jewels offerings and see how Three Jewels could support them.

Three Jewels is the next evolution of mindfulness and yoga in New York City. It is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides services to the city and internationally by giving free meditation and yoga classes to homeless families, free meditation and dharma classes to New Yorkers, trauma-sensitive care to refugees and earthquake survivors, and more.
