To radically reduce the number of people being impacted by domestic violence and raise the national standard of advocacy through researching, developing, collaborating, and implementing world-class projects and programs.

Administrative Assistant Role Description

We are looking for a bada** self-starter and master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You should be able to assist leadership in the organization by handling a wide variety of tasks. You don’t have to know it all because we are here to help.

To succeed as our administrative assistant, you should be attentive while being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. You must be comfortable with computers, and general virtual office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Being passionate about advocating against domestic violence is a HUGE plus!


Responsibilities:
  • Email & Meetings: Handling virtual office tasks, such as filing, setting up meetings, scheduling meetings, attending meetings, taking notes, email organization and management
  • Marketing: Writing thank you cards, scheduling posts, crm organization and management, basic canva creation and more
  • G-Suite: Creating docs and spreadsheets, organizing google drive and more
  • Research: General research and data entry
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Natural at administrative tasks
  • Computer and tech savvy
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Desire to be proactive and consistently grow
  • Passion for volunteering

Time Commitment

  • 10 hours per week
  • 1-year service minimum
