We are looking for folks who live in close proximity to our San Rafael, CA campus to provide Commuter Foster Care for our dogs. Some of our dogs do best during their training living in a home at night rather than kenneled. This is a daily weekday volunteer task; you would drop a dog in training off at our campus between 7:30 and 8:30 on weekdays, and return to take them back to your home between 3:30 - 6:00 on those same weekdays. Dogs stay with Foster Care providers in the evenings and return to campus for training during the weekdays.

An assignment can last between a few weeks to 3 months. All food, crates, and toys are provided. This position does require a home check and Foster Care interview, as well as additional training.

Must be able to transport dogs in your own vehicle to and from campus.
