Key Responsibilities
- Assist with placement of the Burma Signage at key blood drives in the region.
- Ensure the placement is in a highly visible location and firmly placed in the ground
- Ensure the schedule is followed as closely as possible
- Maintain communication with the Donor Services department for assignments
- Enthusiastic about Red Cross mission and programs
- Cultural sensitivity to diverse audiences
- Knowledge and understanding of Red Cross services and operations and opportunities for volunteer service
- Work well both individually and with others
- Ability to display the utmost professionalism and communication skills
- Ability to physically carry 20 pounds
- Use of personal vehicle - may use ARC vehicle if one is available near a donor center
- Extremely comfortable working with a diverse group of donors from all walks of life
- Willingness to support the American Red Cross mission
- Red Cross staff, volunteers, donors and the public
- May need to use personal phone
- Variable, depends on number of drives or area of support each month
- 2-4 hours weekly
