Alvis everyday

Alvis is hosting a ribbon cutting for our new Alum Creek facility on December 1 st. This is a momentous occasion for us and we are so excited to provide our reentry clients with a centralized residential location for services in a new, 2-story "one-stop-shop." We wanted to see if any volunteers would like to assist as "Tour Leads" for this event and walk with guests from room-to-room as they meet various Alvis team members who will each lead a different "information station." No prior knowledge/experience is necessary. The need for volunteers is high so we welcome anyone who is interested to come and support!

  • Volunteers would be needed for tours from 11am-12pm, but it would be preferred if you can arrive earlier. We will be providing a walkthrough of the space to all Tour Guides at 9:40am.
  • The program runs from 10am-11am. You are invited to enjoy this event and learn about our organization in the process!
  • You are also invited to arrive and assist with set-up as well at 9am (otherwise, you could plan to solely assist with the tours at 11am!)
Please contact james.hagerman@alvis180.org with any questions.
