CGM is looking for musicians!
We are a virtual Christian ministry looking to start holding church/healing services in 2023. CGM was a church in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Albany-Latham area in 2021. We spent our first year getting established (becoming 501(c)(3), etc), and our second year reaching the community (giveaways, free events). Now we want to shift our focus back to where we started, church; however, we don't have a building. We're looking to add to our team to begin making a bigger impact in 2023.
A little about us and our pastor: Pastor Cyndi is pastor of over twelve years of service. She is ordained under Benny Hinn Ministries, and is enrolled in the Benny Hinn Institute where she regularly takes classes from Pastor Hinn on leadership, spirituality, and Bible Study of course. Pastor Cyndi is married with three daughters who help maintain the ministries as well. CGM's focus is healing. Our healing services are for the ill, and they come in to receive the miraculous power of God's healing through Jesus. In the past, people who had cancer have been healed, eye sight problems, broken bones, even exorcisms have been performed at the services.
We're looking for worship leaders who will help bring in the presence of God.
Right now, we are scheduling a church service for May 2023 (more details to follow). We need musicians and singers to make this happen. Specifics for the schedule can be discussed, however, we are prayerfully seeking Christian musicians and singers who can give us weekly rehearsals (likely once a week after the initial 1-2) leading up to the service, and a Thursday or Friday night in late May for our service. More can be explained later. We do hope that singers and musicians who sign up are willing to work with us in the future!
CGM is searching for:
Singers:
-(1) Male lead
-(2) Male ensemble (1 tenor/1 bass)
-(2) Female ensemble (1 alto/1 soprano)
Musicians: will need their own instruments
-(1) keyboardist
-(1) drummer
-(1) guitarist
-(1) bass player

Description
We are a growing organization that focuses on the servitude of Christ. We are focused on showing His kindness, and working feverishly to reach the lost, and the hurt, those who have been turned away from Christ, the lonely, and the sick and needy. Through our outreach programs such as dinner giveaways, and food drives for our international friends and family, community events like social gatherings, and healing services in addition to our regular church services (online, but a physical building is coming soon!), we share the Gospel.

- Must be at least 18
- Anywhere from 3-6 hours a month for somewhere between April and May. Possible weekly hour long rehearsal. Also, the service will likely be 2+ hours with setup/break down etc.
- You don't have to know how to read music, playing by ear works for us!
