Be a part of some IMPORTANT WORK - Bereavement mailings get sent out every week to support those who have lost loved ones in the past year. We are seeking a volunteer to help sort, fold, stuff, stamp, lick and mail the letters every week. After a patient passes, one of the ways we support families is through letters and books about grief. It is important work! Description
We offer Home Health and Hospice services all over the nation. I am the Volunteer Coordinator for the Norman, Moore and South OKC metro area. I am looking for compassionate people willing to give of their time. Our hospice patients love when a volunteer can come visit with them. Our caregivers/family members sometimes need to do errands or have time by themselves. Our volunteers are ready and willing to be with our patients during this time. We have other kinds of opportunities as well, such as a Pet Therapy program!
