We are looking for locals to work the Information Desk at HI Chicago. Info Desk Volunteers will work 3 hour shifts when we are most busy: during the morning and during check-in in the evening.

PURPOSE/DEFINITION and HI USA MISSION
HI USA is 501(c)(3) non-profit education association. Our purpose is to "inspire a deeper understanding of people places and cultures for a more tolerant world." As a non-profit, the revenues we receive through overnight stays and memberships is reinvested in mission delivery.
SCHEDULE:
Info Desk Volunteers will work 3 hour shifts when the hostel is busiest: during the morning breakfast hours and during check-in in the evening. Currently available shifts are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm-7pm, and Sundays 9am-12pm. Shifts are flexible by an hour (5pm-8pm, for example). You will have a chance to sign up for one or multiple days per week.
