Volunteers are needed to help low to moderate income Marion County Families file their income tax returns electronically. Become an IRS Certified Tax preparer and help prepare professional tax returns for your neighbors to ensure that they get to keep their hard-earned dollars!
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance ( VITA), a program powered by the United Way of Marion County, has helped the citizens of Marion County for over a decade at several locations throughout Marion County, ( Belleview, Dunnellon, Marion Oaks, Downtown Ocala, and College Park Elementary Community Partnership School), Last year thousands of families and individuals were served with this FREE tax preparation service.
How is this service possible? Volunteers just like YOU make it happen by joining the VITA team!
