Whoever fills this role must be able to fill the responsibilities of a financial engineer in the Kosmos Church system's board of directors. This includes overseeing the cost and analyzing all of the budgets of the church system for all of its day-to-day activities, must attend all meetings relating to the planning, expanding, or organizing of church activities. To perform a cost-benefit analysis of said activities. The financial engineer must have good character. No criminal record and extensive knowledge and skill in the field and related work. Must be able to provide monthly reports on how much money is the KCS projected to have and pass recommendations on how it shall be utilized. This role also involves Grant Writing and filing IRS and other Tax related documents.

The goal of the kosmos church system is to enlighten the people of God, improve their quality of life, and provide a judgement-free zone for all persons. some programs include social work religious education and youth services.
