HELLO! We are looking for a reliable, responsible, organized bookkeeper who can assist with updating Excel spreadsheets with current beneficiaries. This person would have excellent verbal and written communication skills to contact clinicians to update records until our Salesforce platform is completed.
This bookkeeping/ virtual assistant position is open now and you are greatly needed. If you have experience keeping online records organized and are a team player with a positive attitude, please reach out to learn more.
The Powerful Project non-profit is working hard to support as many people as possible to receive quality mental health services. Recipients (Beneficiaries) pay what they can afford and the Mental Health Scholarship Program contributes to meet the reduced fee for the clinical partner. Covid 19 has tipped the bucket for children and adults reaching out for mental health support services and we need assistance organizing our files/data, to provide scholarship funding. This opportunity enables an individual to help us, help those in need. Your support is valued and deeply appreciated.

Description
We have seen first-hand that families who are doing "just well enough" and "getting by" could be thriving if given the opportunity for therapeutic support and education. We believe there’s a group of people who are falling between the cracks: they do not qualify for government financial support and insurance does not provide enough help. They may find that insurance is unreliable and they do not have expendable income to invest in themselves or their children. The Powerful Project partners with skilled, vetted clinicians who agree to work with our families at a reduced rate to help stretch donation dollars and family resources.
