As a Whiteboard Animation Developer within our Christian non-profit organization, your mission is to create engaging and impactful animated content using the whiteboard animation technique. You’ll use visual storytelling to convey our faith-based messages and inspire our audience.

In this role, you will:

1. Whiteboard Animation Creation:

   • Develop whiteboard animations that effectively communicate our Christian values, teachings, and mission.
   • Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and illustrators to bring concepts to life.

2. Script Interpretation:

   • Understand and interpret written scripts or narratives to create compelling visual sequences.
   • Ensure alignment with our organization’s messaging and goals.

3. Visual Storytelling:

   • Use the whiteboard animation technique to simplify complex ideas, Bible stories, or theological concepts.
   • Create engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience.

4. Technical Proficiency:

   • Master the tools and software required for whiteboard animation (such as VideoScribe, Explaindio, or similar platforms).
   • Combine text, illustrations, and motion to create seamless animations.

5. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with other team members, including graphic designers, voiceover artists, and video editors.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Creativity: Ability to transform written content into captivating visual narratives.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and consistency in animations.
• Understanding of Christian Values: Familiarity with biblical themes and teachings.
