Community Auctions Manager
Team Survivor Northwest
Team Survivor Northwest empowers women who have had a cancer diagnosis to survive and thrive through fitness, health and wellness services. TSNW partners with Community Auctions to host silent auction displays throughout the greater Seattle area featuring high-quality sports and entertainment memorabilia that can be purchased to support TSNW programs. In addition to preparing silent auction sites, the Community Auctions Manager will oversee a small group of volunteers to ensure auction displays are maintained. This position is an exciting opportunity for students and professionals interested in gaining leadership experience within a reputable and growing nonprofit or for committed individuals who desire to give back in their communities.

Mission Statement
Our mission at Team Survivor Northwest is to provide a broad range of fitness and health education programs to enable women cancer survivors, in any stage of treatment or recovery and at any fitness level, to take an active role in their ongoing physical and emotional healing.
Description
We believe in the power of fitness to improve women’s lives after a cancer diagnosis. This belief is backed by research and the women who have walked through our doors. TSNW provides fitness and health resources at no cost to women of the Puget Sound area who have been diagnosed with cancer. We serve all women, with any type of cancer diagnosis, at any fitness and skill level. Membership is free. Programs include certified instructor-led classes, walking and hiking opportunities, dragon boating, triathlon training, cycling, and mountain climbing. TSNW also offers unique opportunities for fitness and self-care, including an annual fitness retreat, and occasional programs like snowshoeing and dancing. Since its inception 26 years ago, TSNW has helped thousands of women cancer survivors to not just survive, but thrive.
