Context: We would like someone to join our team who can create relevant, compelling, and experiential multimedia content that will engage teenagers, young adults, and their mentors through Sync’s platform: https://syncwithgod.com. Candidates must be committed followers of Jesus Christ with a strong understanding of the Bible so they can help people grow in their spiritual knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors in a way that will transform their hearts into Christlikeness.

This position will be responsible for designing and developing highly engaging, thought-provoking, high-quality, and compelling customized learning solutions that will inspire participants and transform their lives. Competency must be in one or more of the following areas: videography, scripting real-life scenarios, graphic design, whiteboard animation, cartoon animation, photography, user interface (UI) & user experience (UX) design, website design. Along with this, candidates must also have basic HTML programming knowledge.

Below are the responsibilities of this position:

• Ability to use Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop

• Create storyboard content and scripts for video-based training productions and display the flow of animation sequences
• Create high-quality, compelling video-based learning experiences

• Develop interactive learning content that blends imaginative video, audio, and graphical content that engages learners

• Design web content that is compatible across all platforms, emphasizing mobile design (requires a working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and preferably some JavaScript experience)

• Explore new technologies for potential application to improve participant’s spiritual growth
