Join Our Team as an Administrative Volunteer!

At Heart N Home hospice, we believe in the power of compassion and community. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Administrative Volunteers. As a hospice agency, we understand the importance of providing support not only to our patients but also to their families and our staff.

Position: Administrative Volunteer

Location: Heart N Home Hospice Fruitland Idaho

Responsibilities:

1. Office Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
2. Phone Support: Handle incoming calls and provide information to callers in a warm and compassionate manner.
3. Assist with Mailings: Help prepare and send out mailings to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
4. Event Support: Participate in and help organize events and fundraisers that support our hospice mission.
5. Friendly Visitor Program: Engage with patients and their families by offering companionship and a caring presence.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable using basic office equipment (phones, copiers, etc.).
