We are looking for a passionate, motivated volunteer with experience in, or a desire to learn and grow in, the exciting world of volunteer recruitment! This position will include working closely with the Tucson chapter to coordinate with volunteers and connect with local communities. You will be interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and orienting prospective volunteers, as well as continuing to maintain volunteer morale. You will get an opportunity to represent the organization by networking in different industries, companies, university clubs, and professional organizations. This is a great way to give back to the community while growing and exercising skills in networking and volunteer coordination!

A little about SYSTEM Coalition: we started 5 years ago in Tucson, AZ. Six motivated people who wanted to give back to the community by helping K-12 students find a passion for STEM. We saw all of the poverty in our city and realized if just one of those kids from that community was able to get a great-paying job in STEM, they could not only help themselves but also help their whole family break the cycle of poverty! Now the organization has over 100 volunteers, and chapters in three different cities and is growing! More than anything, being a part of this amazing organization has shown me that you really CAN change the world, one step at a time!
