We are looking for a motivated volunteer with a passion for event planning! This position will include working closely with the members of the Tucson chapter to develop and execute a variety of educational and fundraising events throughout the year. This is a great way to give back to the community while growing and exercising event planning and fundraising skills within our local community!
We look forward to discussing the details of this exciting, hands-on role with interested volunteers!
A little about SYSTEM Coalition: we started 5 years ago in Tucson, AZ. Six motivated people who wanted to give back to the community by helping K-12 students find a passion for STEM. We saw all of the poverty in our city and realized if just one of those kids from that community was able to get a great-paying job in STEM, they could not only help themselves but also help their whole family break the cycle of poverty! Now the organization has over 100 volunteers, and chapters in three different cities and is growing! More than anything, being a part of this amazing organization has shown me that you really CAN change the world, one step at a time!
The Tucson chapter is rebuilding after covid and you could help us! This is an exciting opportunity to help build a team from the beginning.
