Are you someone who likes to make a difference in children’s education? Make an impact and inspire students by volunteering with The Cove at Guin Foss Elementary! We will show you how to provide interactive STEM education to kids as well as share the opportunities that come along with it. No previous experience required. Just bring your interest in teaching and learning. We will do the rest.

We can provide letters of recommendation and volunteer hour certifications. This position is a great way for individuals to gain experience with educationally empowering students K-5 in STEM.

Guin Foss Elementary is a Title One school in the Tustin Unified School District. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Guin Foss Elementary School has been called one of Tustin’s hidden treasures. Guin Foss opened as Vanderlip School in 1957 and was shortly changed to Guin Foss Elementary, honoring the namesake of a District school nurse. Due to declining enrollment our school was closed in 1978, and for years housed the district’s instructional resource center and adult education classes. We reopened in 1997. It was then that our campus began its transformation into the high-achieving, outstanding elementary school that it is today.
