Old Bridge Medical Center's Volunteer Program is currently in search of Junior Volunteers ages 16 and up.

All of our volunteers quickly become valued members of our team. We are eternally grateful for all of the help and support they offer to our patients and their families. Special talents and personal schedules are matched to the hospital's needs.

Junior volunteer opportunities include both clinical and nonclinical placement opportunities to assist departments throughout the hospital in their day to day tasks and special projects.

Our Junior Volunteer program also includes learning sessions and programs targeted at providing students interested in careers in healthcare an opportunity to learn more about the field, ask questions, and make important connections. We also offer fun social activities for program participants and work to foster an environment where our volunteers can blossom academically, learn about healthcare, and create strong social bonds.

Most volunteers donate one-time slot of four hours per week; however, additional hours are always welcome. All volunteers must complete an application and provide proof of COVID vaccination (with 1 booster). In addition a 1 hour virtual orientation must be completed within 30 days of beginning the volunteer program.
