We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator (Support Engineer) with experience that can help manage our data, load new data, and provide basic training for our staff.
Upward Scholars is a nonprofit organization in the San Fransisco Bay Area that provides support for adult immigrants to continue their education in community college, get higher-paying jobs, and serve as role models and advocates for their children and our community.

Mission Statement
Upward Scholars provides adult immigrants the boost they need to move up the economic ladder through education and vocational support.
Description
Upward Scholars supports students with the following:
- Textbooks, which can cost several hundred dollars a semester.
- Bus passes, which cost $320 a semester, for all students who need to take the bus to college.
- Tutors, by community volunteers who meet with students at a time and location that is convenient to the student and tutor.
- Laptops for students who need them.
- College advising to help students choose classes, resolve financial aid issues, and navigate the college bureaucracy. Silicon Valley Community Foundation makes this possible.
We also have a Conversation Club where students chat informally with community volunteers.
