Come Celebrate 54 years of academic excellence with the Orange County Academic Decathlon!

You can help the Orange County Academic Decathlon (OCAD) make a difference!

Each year OCAD relies on the kindness of community members volunteering their time and talent to impact student lives by supervising a team of students during the Super Quiz Relay event. No experience is necessary. An orientation will be provided.

You make a difference in helping OCAD achieve its mission to inspire academic excellence and build skills that prepare our students for college, career, and beyond.

Serving our students as a Super Quiz proctor is impactful, rewarding, and simple to achieve! If you enjoy working with young people, register as a Super Quiz proctor and commit to one day of service with OCAD in 2023! Please consider inviting a friend to register and join you.

Super Quiz Proctor Time Commitment: 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Note:

Volunteers should be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate.

It is very important that all volunteers arrive promptly to the event on competition day. If a volunteer becomes unavailable, it is critical that the Academic Events team is contacted prior to the competition day to avoid incomplete judging teams.
