ET CETERA SHOP is looking for volunteer clerks and cashiers Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Clerks will assist customers and straighten clothing racks. Cashiers are responsible for running the cash register and assisting customers. Volunteers are also needed to help accept, sort, wash and price donations. Volunteers must enjoy working with the public, have a pleasant personality, and be able to stand/walk for long periods of times.
BUILDER'S BARGAINS-Volunteers are needed to help as cashiers, test appliances and electrical gear, be floor clerks, receive donations and sort them. Volunteers must be 18 years of age. Volunteers are needed on Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and Thursdays from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sales from the Et Cetera Shop and Builder's Bargains go back to the Mennonite Central Committee for disaster relief and other community support.

The mission of The Volunteer Center is to match individuals willing to serve with non-profit and governmental organizations in need of help for the benefit the community. Our goal is to be the first place people think of when they want to be of service and the first place non-profit and governmental groups think of when they need dependable volunteer help. As a result we extend the human capacity of area non-profit and governmental agencies by recruiting volunteers to fill a wide variety of volunteer positions in the community.
Description
The Volunteer Center recruits, refers and supports volunteers for the betterment of the community. The Center is home of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), the Volunteer Action Corps (VAC), Friends in Action and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in Reno County, Kansas.
