Hello!
We are looking for concert ushers to help us with our shows. Most of our concerts take place on Friday nights and during the day Sunday, with a few that take place on Saturdays. We need volunteers who can commit to 3 hour shifts to cover the concerts. Duties include scanning tickets, handing out programs, assisting patrons in finding their seats and answering questions. Must be able to use digital ticket scanners, be able to stand for long period of time, and have exceptional customer service skills, as well as periodically being able to work under pressure.
