Create memorable visitor experiences at Historic Brattonsville.

Step Back In Time With Us!

Volunteers are needed to help deep dive into history in a way a normal site tour cannot provide. Having volunteers on site dressed in 18 th and 19 th century clothes performing historically accurate activities provides an immersive experience like jumping back into time! Volunteers will be able to gain skills and knowledge not normally seen today such as blacksmithing, carpentry, hearth cooking, and gardening!

Volunteers are needed Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m-4:00 p.m.

We are looking for volunteers that are available for the full day or half day shifts.

*We also offer four Special Events and Specialized Living History Saturdays throughout the year that need extra help!

Historic Brattonsville is an 800-acre open-air museum that discusses the lives of the family and community surrounding the historic buildings and experiences from 1780-1871. Living History Interpreters provide extra knowledge and activities for an immersive experience! The site includes a barnyard with animals and hiking/biking trails.
