The AmeriCorps Program Coordinator assists with all aspects of running a program of Rebuilding Together, from meeting with clients to developing scopes of work, tracking data and increasing our community outreach. They strive to build trust within the community and awareness among targeted populations most in need of our services. The AmeriCorps Program Coordinator serves as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of client communication and support throughout the application, intake, project, and close-out stages. They complete in person visits to client homes in order to assess workscopes, verify plans, and complete post-repair project evaluations and make referrals to other community service organizations and agencies, as appropriate. The AmeriCorps Program Coordinator is involved in all aspects of our organization and works as part of our team to increase our capacity, efficiency, and quality of services.
