Warm Winter Drive Distribution Volunteers Needed

Once a year, we host a Warm Winter Drive event to provide our community members who are low-income and/or unhoused with warm clothes, coats, socks, underwear, first-aid kits, gloves, umbrellas, blankets, and hygiene products to stay warm and healthy throughout the winter months. This year, we will be providing free haircuts, basic pet supplies, and basic veterinary care for our community member's pets.
Your time volunteering would be spent walking around the neighborhood to notify community members about the supplies and services, fulfilling item requests for community members, and connecting them with services on the day of.

Description
An 112-year-old former elementary school, now multi-purpose community center located in the heart of the University District which serves more than 100,000 people throughout the year. Our facility hosts over 200 different groups, activities and classes every year. Many individuals, families, groups and organizations visit us here for workshops, classes, programs and events.
