TogetherWell, a mental health non-profit, is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide our CEO with confidential and administrative support on a variety of tasks. You will work directly with the CEO to support the overall mission of TogetherWell.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Generates presentation preparation.
  • Acting as a point of contact for phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Drafting letters, emails, and documents.
  • Managing various day-to-day tasks.
  • Preparing, managing, and distributing minutes of meetings.
  • Handling requests and queries promptly and appropriately.

About You:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.
  • Outstanding planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
  • Previous experience working with executives or motivated desire to learn
  • Must be 18+ years of age
