Fund for Global Health is a non-profit, non-partisan advocacy group. Join a small group of Advocacy Fellows who live in Connecticut. Senator Chris Murphy is on the subcommittee that funds foreign aid, so his constituents have an important opportunity to make a difference for global health.
You will be trained and supported in effective citizen advocacy, urging your legislator to support measures to increase the impact of U.S. global health programs. Currently we are focused on increasing U.S. aid for the delivery of frontline health care and on improved reporting on the health outcomes of our aid.
Advocacy Fellows work about 6 hours a week for a minimum of 12 months, with regular small-group coaching by video chat. All activities can be conducted remotely.

Fund for Global Health is an aid and advocacy organization. Our driving mission is to provide the maximum possible health benefit to vulnerable communities.
Description
On the aid side we are delivering primary health care in Africa and developing low-cost innovations there that can be used by other organizations. On the advocacy side we are working with the Congresspeople responsible for funding U.S. foreign aid for global health on ways to increase the impact of that aid.
