Very fun nonprofit with a fiscal sponsor looking for an accountant to keep track of our income and spendings, as well as setting us up with our new accounts (we just moved fiscal sponsors). Approximately 5-10 hours a month starting immediately

The responsibilities include:

• Tracking income and spending on Quickbooks or another accounting app that you already have (monthly)
• Set up our accounts on new debit card account (immediate and one-time)
• Write checks for accounts payable (monthly)
• Additional paperwork includes: (monthly)
  • Submitting events to fiscal sponsor
  • Doing the paperwork for new volunteers

Please be:

• RELIABLE and consistent
• patient and kind

• experienced
• have your own account with a financial tracking system like quickbooks or other
