Natural Dividends needs help maximizing our Google Ads Grant. This is a great opportunity for a marketing student to gain real-world experience, show future employers your skills, and have a big impact on an organization. We are an environmental sustainability nonprofit building a social movement to "Increase Nature's Share," and we need your help! This project is a great opportunity to impact a growing organization and grow with the company. You are potentially helping to further our missions and help Increase Nature's Share! A unique, innovative working ad campaign is crucial to optimizing community engagement and successfully marketing a nonprofit. An attractive and intuitive ad can increase the profile of an organization, its mission, and its impact on the community and serve as a recruitment and development tool. This is what Natural Dividends needs your help to create. The volunteer will also set up an integration between Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Google has specific guidelines and rules we must follow as ads grant recipients, and the volunteer will need to review and abide by those rules. In our first session together, we'll brief you on our marketing goals and our mission, vision, and purpose. The volunteer will also train the organization's Treasurer on how to update Google Ads and monitor their performance. You will work directly with the organization's founders to help design our new ad campaign. We currently have an active ad campaign that a prior volunteer helped set up early in 2022. Unfortunately, that campaign is outdated, and the organization's staff does not understand how to work with Google Ads. Our tags and tracking are broken, and the ad campaign is not running correctly. This can affect our grant with Google as they only like it if Nonprofits have efficient, well-run campaigns. That is why we need your help. Also, over the summer, a marketing expert completed 36 pages of research on our target audience and stakeholders. We have everything ready to get this project going. We just need a skilled individual to help us implement it. We are not looking for someone just to take this information and implement it but to review it, provide further recommendations, and build upon it. To prepare, we have created an account for our volunteer with access to our Google Ads for our website and are prepared to share the login credentials to our Google Workspace. We have all the tools, research, and resources to implement this project. We just need YOU, the skilled volunteer to help us complete it. Your work will be invaluable to our mission and the organization's future. We are a very transparent company and believe in valuing and crediting those who do good. You will receive full credit for your work and can use this project in your portfolio.
