Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice, is seeking Volunteers to help out in our office.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has administrative experience and has the desire to give back in a way that truly helps others.
A typical day at the office for a Hospice Volunteer may be:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Light filing
- Various office / administrative tasks
- Putting away patient supplies
- Auditing medical closet supplies
- Decorating for holidays
- Assisting with special events for patients
This is a very flexible position; you pick the days and times you want to come in!
You will receive specialized training and ongoing support from the entire team!

Description
Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
