AID has volunteer opportunities currently open in their warehouse located in Aurora Illinois. Volunteers are asked to commit to one, 4 hour volunteer shift a week between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Court Ordered Community Service volunteers will be considered. No experience is required - training will be provided.

Description

For over 50 years, the Association for Individual Development (AID) has provided services to individuals who have developmental, physical, and/or mental disabilities, those who have suffered trauma or those at risk.

All clients have access to vital, life enriching services including: early intervention; developmental therapy; autism programs; audiology; respite care; permanent affordable housing; developmental and vocational training; job placement and on-the-job coaching services; crisis intervention; community education and advocacy.
