Looking for Volunteers to enhance the care our patients receive from our team. Our Companion Volunteers visit with a carefully selected patient a few times a month to visit with them at bedside, play games, read to patients or can be relief and additional support for caregivers to have some time for themselves. All training is provided.
Transitions relies on support from volunteers who want to share their time and talents to provide the highest quality of care. Volunteers are a vital part of our patient care team providing comfort and companionship . We have several volunteer opportunities that can be tailored to fit your busy schedule.
