The job of the Community Educator is to deliver prepared education programs using training materials from the Association and this position will learn either 10 Warning Signs or Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia to help increase awareness and understanding about the disease. Presenters are expected to:
Provide a minimum of 6-8 presentations through staff collaboration and/or by scheduling your own presentations in your local faith community.
Refer attendees to the resources and programs of the Alzheimer’s Association as appropriate
Successfully complete online training as well as individual preparation for each program
