Help support the work of a local Food pantry located in Midtown of Cleveland! Volunteer weekly or just twice per month to make a big impact!
Several opportunities available include:
Customer Assistant:
- Helps set up and take down the pantry in advance of the pantry opening and after closing
- Assists customers with pantry intake and shopping in the food pantry
- Restocks shelves with food throughout the distribution
- Fills online orders for customers to pick up
- 1 st & 3 rd S aturdays of the month from 8:30am to 12:30pm, 2 nd & 4 th Mondays of the month 3:30pm to 7:30pm
Resource Room Assistant:
- Set up and breakdown of the resource room when the pantry is open
- Assist customers with using the computers and with referrals or contacting other resources as necessary
- Light cleaning and maintenance of the resource room
- Assisting with other basic pantry needs as necessary
- 1 st & 3 rd Saturdays of the month from 8:30am-12:30pm, 2 nd & 4 th Mondays of the month from 3:30pm to 7:30pm
Restocking Associate:
- Help unload and inventory weekly deliveries
- Restock pantry shelves
- Prepare the pantry for upcoming distributions
- Light cleaning of the pantry space
- Fridays 9am-12pm, Mondays 9am-12pm
