Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Manage check in desk and answer any questions the donor may have. Most important, make sure each blood donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.

Time Commitment: Red Cross Blood Donor Ambassadors will typically fulfil a 4-6 hour shift, depending on the event. It is preferred that all volunteers serve for a minimum of 3 months. In Rutherford County, this volunteer opportunity is offered on weekdays and weekends.
