Hospice volunteers can offer companionship and/or office help. A Volunteer's companionship has made a huge impact with our patients. This gift of caring can bring comfort and joy to our patients during their end of life journey. From sharing just 1-2 hours a month you would be helping a hospice patient and their caregiver by giving them a break to just enjoy time with someone who cares.
If you love to do just one of the following ideas:
- Reading to others
- Play games
- Helping out at the office
- Do light housekeeping
- Listen to someone who is sharing memories
- Enjoy crafting
- Or just being a friend
And, Veterans, we have a special volunteer opportunity just for you with our Vet-to-Vet Volunteer Program and We Honor Veterans Ceremonies.
