Do you like getting messy? Watching children explore with their hands? Not afraid of paint and slime?
We're looking for helpers for two classes.
Messy Play on Thursday afternoons.
Art Explorations on Friday mornings.
A lot is involved to make these classes as popular as they are and we would love your help to make it possible; prepping materials and bins; carrying and lifting; moving messy items to sinks, washing and cleaning.
As per our policy, there are volunteer applications on our website. You will need to fill those out and send them along with two letters of recommendation. Fingerprinting and background check will be performed.

Description
Schoolhouse Children's Museum and Learning Center
Children will embrace life long learning through the joy of discovery, ex periencing South Florida's history through two floors of hands-on, interactive exhibits. Through free weekly programs, affordable education classes including S.T.E.A.M. based classes and fun activities, children will be exposed to history, art, music, the sciences and more!
The Museum is a highly interactive experience. We encourage parents, grandparents, and caregivers to join in activities and exhibitions with their children.
