Harmony Hospice is looking for motivated, compassionate individuals interested in serving those with life-limiting illnesses.
Volunteering with patients can include quiet conversation, preparing simple meals, taking small walks, memory recording, reading, and other low-key activities to be a friend to the patient and provide relief to caregivers. Typically a volunteer devotes an hour or so weekly, but exactly how much time you spend is up to the volunteer and the patient.
