Health and wellness are part of life in the home, at work, and within our community. When something unexpected occurs, Cascade Health is there to make life better by providing services that include home health and hospice, occupational health, employee wellness, behavioral health, and chronic disease management. Cascade Health is a local, non-profit organization comprised of caring, qualified professionals who meet the unmet health needs of our neighbors. We are unique in that we are community-based, solution focused and patient centered, responsive, innovative, and dedicated to quality outcomes.
