Today on the 27th September 2022, It is a very important day in the lives of 3 children Trust, Jacob and Gedion.
In the Children Alternative Care Panel (CACP) held at Mityana District, we identified 3 foster mothers who have committed to foster 3 children one each with intention to adopt them
these children were identified from a children Home in Mityana and now they are going to be absorbed in a family life like other children with mothers and fathers. The two foster mothers with their spouses have committed to nurture these children into good citizens of Uganda; one of the children Jacob has been taken on by a single young lady who has been declared by Ugandan doctors as baren;
Amidst the bad economic times in Uganda these mothers are going to embark on this noble cause through their remaining life, am appealing to all well wishers and people of good heart and who ever will read this post to come to the help of these foster families in the area of their education ,health, clothing and food among other needs.

Volunteers Need Africa (VONA) is a dedicated and committed Ugandan grassroots charity which avails opportunities to all categories of people across the world who need to travel to Africa to share their knowledge, innovations and experiences to the least important people (Matthew 25:35-40); such as the orphans, Vulnerable children (like those from children headed families), needy youth, the hungry, Prisoners, people with disabilities (PWDs), widows and widowers, single mothers, the neglected old people and needy communities in Africa. The needy communities are those that lack access to water, have poor sanitation, poor road network, food scarcity, un favorable health conditions, limited education opportunities etc,
