Equal Origins works to ensure a prosperous future with fair and equitable opportunities for every member of the coffee farming family - women, men and children. Since our founding in 2014, Equal Origins has conducted research, developed tools, and activated coffee companies to build transformative impact in the sector to address gender equity collaboratively for a global, transformative impact. In 2015, Equal Origins published its first research to identify the impact of gender inequities on the coffee value chain and determine how the sector could respond collectively.
