About Philly Tech Sistas: Philly Tech Sistas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women of color pivot into the tech industry by providing technical skills training, leadership development, and creating a strong community of support. Our mission is to empower women through innovation, creativity, and learning, while fostering an inclusive and diverse tech workforce.

As you may know, we’re all about growth and transformation. Our new Career Pathways webinar Series is designed to foster deep connections and insightful discussions. Through these webinars, we’ll dive into exploring fresh career opportunities in tech, focusing on the skills our members need to thrive and the strengths they already bring to the table.

Volunteer committee members' responsibilities include:

We are a non-profit organization aimed at helping women of color gain technical and professional skills in order to work, thrive, and move up in the tech industry. We do this by providing coding workshops and other professional development events that build leadership, confidence, and community.
